We are doing our best to adhere to our fulfillment times however, your delivery may require more time to be delivered due to closed borders and limited air freight availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Thank you for your understanding.
Orders will be fulfilled within 5-10 business days (excluding public holidays). Please allow extra processing time during holiday seasons, promotional periods and for special items.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may not be shipped until the following available business day. Our team may provide you with a tracking number during the weekend days, but your order will not be picked up by the carrier until the next available business day.
If a customer fails to accept delivery (Failed Delivery Attempts, Refused by Recipient), the parcel will automatically ship back to nobulltrainers.com and the return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of return shipping is $150 HKD (flat rate). For processing purposes, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your order. SHIPPING FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
